What to include
- General questions and feedback — anything about using LookoutFinder.
- Account and privacy requests (access to your data, correction, deletion of your account) — send them from the e-mail address linked to your account, so we can confirm it is you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Reports of illegal content or copyright infringement — put “Content report” in the subject and include the link to the viewpoint, photo or review, an explanation of why you believe it is illegal or infringes your rights, your name and e-mail address (not required for reports concerning child sexual abuse material) and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. See section 9 of the Terms of Service.
- Appeals against our moderation decisions — reply to the e-mail with our decision or write to us within six months of it.
Single point of contact
The e-mail address above is our single point of contact for users and for authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). Communication is possible in English and Polish.
